01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ss1.fun, creating a player account or using any service offered on the platform – including sports betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games and promotional offers – you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ss1.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ss1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally processed quickly and reflected in your ss1 balance within a short period, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. ss1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding verification requirements.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit or a verified personal account in your name.
• ss1 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

ss1 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses for existing players and event-specific promotions tied to Cricket matches, PSL seasons, T20 tournaments and other events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all ss1 promotions unless specifically overridden:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• ss1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account if there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed in an abusive or fraudulent manner.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per person, household, device or IP address.
• ss1 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Certain games may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements. This is specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds in your main balance are used first in all gameplay unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ss1 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, market or game being bet on. It is your responsibility to understand those rules before placing a bet or entering a game. Ignorance of the rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute resolution in your favour.

For sports betting, ss1 applies the following general principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission unless the platform provides a specific cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, ss1's settlement rules for that specific sport type will apply. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors – whether human or technical – do not form a valid bet. ss1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

For casino games, Bingo and Fish Games, the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules apply. Results are generated fairly and ss1 does not manipulate game outcomes. If a technical fault disrupts a game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned where possible.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ss1 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to give an unfair advantage in betting or casino play.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate bonus terms.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches in any game or betting market. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or disputed transactions.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the source of funds through the ss1 platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack or otherwise interfere with ss1 systems, software or data.
• Using the ss1 platform in any way that violates applicable laws.

ss1 actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. During an investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold. ss1 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

ss1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred or is occurring. This includes but is not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 07.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, ss1 will notify you via your registered contact details. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or fraud.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the ss1 support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on ss1.fun – including but not limited to the ss1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software and promotional materials – is the property of ss1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or create derivative works from any ss1 content without express written permission from ss1. Unauthorised use of ss1 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

The game content available on ss1 is provided under licence from third-party game developers. Those games remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. ss1 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

ss1 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, ss1 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions and factors outside ss1's control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ss1 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decision to place a bet or play a game.
• Technical failures caused by your device, internet connection or payment provider.
• Losses arising from account access by unauthorised parties due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the ss1 platform.

ss1's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim.
